SITE INSPECTIONS |

| EXTERIOR SITE INSPECTION | An exterior site inspection is what it sounds like - an inspection of the exterior of the site or property to determine its current condition. With an exterior site inspection, we can drive by the property and note any exterior deferred maintenance or damage to the property. This type of inspection is ideal for those wanting to ensure that their property is being properly maintained by their tenant or the current occupant. This is only a "drive-by" inspection of the property to determine its current condition. We are NOT licensed inspectors and this is NOT a licensed inspection. The cost of this type of inspection is only a fraction of the cost of a licensed inspection. We perform site inspections for landlords and institutions on all types of residential properties, as well as commercial properties, and provide a report and photos for all exterior site inspections. |
| INTERIOR SITE INSPECTION | An interior site inspection is the same as an exterior site inspection, except we also go inside the property. This gives us the opportunity to go inside the property and report back to you the current interior and exterior condition of the property. This type of inspection is ideal for those wanting to ensure that their property is being properly maintained by their tenant of the current occupant. This is only a quick visual inspection of the property to determine its current condition. We are NOT licensed inspectors and this is NOT a licensed inspection. The cost of this type of inspection is only a fraction of the cost of a licensed inspection. We perform interior site inspections for landlords and institutions on all types of residential properties, as well as commercial properties, and provide a report and photos for all exterior site inspections. |

| EXTERIOR BPO | A BPO can be a very good way of determining the value of a property at a cost that is a fraction of an appraisal. When performing BPO's, we utilize the same method that an appraiser would - the "sales approach" method - to determine the value of your property. This is ideal for those who are interested in determining the value of a property without spending the money for an appraisal. The BPO is a Broker's opinion of price and is NOT an appraisal, nor is it intended to take the place of an appraisal. We are licensed real estate agents in the state of Texas and NOT licensed appraisers. We perform exterior BPO's for buyers, sellers, landlords and institutions on all types of residential properties, as well as commercial properties, and provide a report and photos for all BPO's ordered. |
